We take complaints very seriously and handle them in a caring and sensitive way.
Should you be dissatisfied with any aspect of your care please contact the practice manager via email or on the phone.If the complaint is about any aspect of clinical care it will be referred to the dentist unless the patient requests not to do so. We will handle complains promptly so the matter is resolved as quickly as possible. We will acknowledge the patients complain in writing and respond within 3- 5 working days. Comprehensive records will be kept of any complain received.
